Called into the callcentre to change my payment method from annual to monthly-15-03-2013-at 16:15.the incompetent agent was just useless in my opinon. I could not verify the amount payable on a monthly basis-the dates when the debit order will commence from. He requested me to pay in an amount of R700 at Pick npay, which I did-16-03-2013.He then promised the debit will commence from the 26-04-2013 for an amount of R700 per month going forward, but this debit order will be to cover for the month of May??? Is that true? is the amount correct??? Please retrieve the voice recording, get the Call centre manager and the QA manager thorougly audit this recording, and take the necessary-disciplinary action immediately please, because today morning 27-03-2013-I got debited for R7200??? why??? /I want to be reimbursed, refunded and compensated for the all of the above and debit order fees, etc, etc. Today please!!! Please don't allow another incompetent agent to phone to resolve this matter please!!!
