Accounts closed but R2012 deducted???

Good Day,

I'm an extremely upset client or shall I say ex-client!!!

I used to work for Paarl Media where I had the benefit of having a discounted rate for my DSTV services as well as 2 child accounts linked to account. This was deactivated when I left Paarl Media on the 28 April 2013. Since then, I have cancelled my DSTV on 25 May 2013 at the DSTV branch in Tokai and my 2 child accounts have settled their bills separately. Today I was billed for R2012??? I assume because information has not been sent through the billing department... I will need this money paid into my account ASAP!!!
