Two or three weeks ago, I had an ADT come to my house as I needed to reset my alarm system and buy new remotes. On his invoice, I had an option of paying by EFT or by debit order with different dates on the form as option. Clients are required to select option and sign for it. I selected the end of the month - when my debit order goes off. On the 15th of this month a debit order was returned unpaid. I went to the bank this morning for a credit facility for my business and it was declined because of the ADT debit order.
To add salt to wound, I called to complain and both times the agent left me holding on for so long I gave up and hung up. I am appauled at this kind of service in this day and age and hurt that a company can be so careless. Their systems are useless and have cost me a big opportunity.
