According to my understanding DSTV is a prepaid service, so if I pay for 10 days I will be billed for 10 days. If I go on holiday my account will be stopped and reactivated when I return so I do not pay for the days I am not watching DSTV? WELL APPARENTLY NOT! If you do not pay the account to the cent they will not be activating the services. So if I only pay R400 of the R740 odd rand I will not be able to watch DSTV until I pay the full amount and will then also loose my PRE-PAID MONEY paid for the services. This was also confirmed with Xoliswa, Ref nr: 133639627. My phone call duration to DSTV yesterday 21:43 and today 15:33. Will this be reimbursed to me?
