Saturday evening we tried to buy tickets to see The Great Gatsby at 8pm, systems were offline so we could not pay with a card nor book specific seats. I was not happy running around the centre looking for an ATM but I understand these things happen. We did get back in time to buy tickets for the movie and were said to sit wherever. The thing I feel unacceptable is the fact that I was asked to move to other seats three times because those patrons bought their tickets before hand and could book specific seats, this happened while the movie was in play. We were not the only people who were embarrassingly looking for seats, there should have been ushers explaining the situation and helping. I paid to see a full movie not to play musical chairs.
