My Husband and I recently stayed at the Arabella Hotel and we were shocked at the poor attention to detail. Here was our list of issues:
- Our room door (Grand Deluxe Room) needed a rugby tackle to open and close;
- The hairdryer did not work;
- Our room was only cleaned after we complained that it was not done at 14h00 in the afternoon;
- The dustbins were not emptied ever;
- The In room Dining service was manned by an extremely rude Woman;
- We were unable to secure a reservation in their restaurant even though the restaurant reservations list was EMPTY;
- We had to search for a waiter in the bar area in order to be served.
I will not waste my money at this Hotel again. When you pay those extortionate prices, you should at least expect the BASICS to be top notch?
