Payment Refund

I have a debit order for the Multichoicepayments, I mistakenly made an EFT payment as well to Multichoice, as they are on my beneficiary list. Two week ago i called and requested a refund, the lady (Phila) who assisted me at the time explained what the process was and told me it would take between 3 and 7 working days for me to receive the refund. I waited eight days, so this morning i called the call centre again to inform Multichoice that i still have not receive the refund and to find out what the reason why i have not received it.

I was told that it was rejected however i could not get the reason why it was rejected, because the amount captured was incorrect, now this a responsibility i now have to carry even though it was their fault tha the amount captured for refund was incorrect, instead of communicating such to me as their client, they to reserve the money for the next date of payment. Now i'm extremely frustrated because thats not the arrangement I had made.

I had to make another request which will take another seven days which is not fair. I feel they should take responsibility and make sure that my refund it prossessed immidiately.
