Bad customer service

We contacted [Email Removed] on the 1st May in order to set up our extra view. They then called us on the 6th May but we were unavailable. They then sent us an email on the same day giving us the call centre number. We then called the called centre and gave them our reference number but they were unable to assist. The call centre agent put a note for Specialist Activation to call us at 17h30 the next day. I sent an email again on the 9th May to which I received a response that they would call that evening when my husband was at home. To date we are still awaiting their phone call.
