Non existent call centre

I am not sure where to start because i am beyond frustrated and also worried that i might also not get a response from Indwe even after this attempt. I have called the call centre for about 10-15 times yesterday, each call was about 10 minutes then i'd get cut off. I called another 010 number and they told me they don't do claim registrations then advised me to send an email to [Email Removed] I sent an email to this email add and also sent another one to [Email Removed]

I have received zero response from both mailboxes. I decided i'll get to work early to make the call at 8 and be the "first caller" and there is still no response from the call center, i then thought maybe they open at 09:00 so i should try then, i got the same ridiculous "we are experiencing a high volume of calls" voice.. Really?? What if i had an accident and needed a car to be towed.. This is beyond ridiculous and its unacceptable. Does the company even still exist?
