On the 19th of April my DSTV decoder just stopped working i took it to Multichoice Agency in Alberton, they gave me a new one. When i got home it did not work, so i called a thier call centre they told me to call installers, but all the installers a called they tell me they are coming but they never come, and theyall end up switching their Phones off., i called the agency in Alberton, and they told me the will send an installer, he did not come and he also switched his phone off. Do i have to pay for a service that i do not get.
