Debited my account but cannot alter my booking

On the 02/05/2013 I booked a ticket at Numetro montecasino. The website was encontering problems so I was only able to book one ticket. I tried to call the call centre to ammend this booking so that my husband could sit next to me. Numetro couldnt assit as I did not have a reference number, however they did not give me the reference number and where not willing to assist.
