Awful experience at Monte casino Nu-metro. I booked the 9h00 show so I arrived at Montecasino at 8h15 to utter chaos, It was a mad house. The self service kiosks were not working, it was repeatedly freezing and there were long ques. The staff were incompetent and lacked customer service skills. They didnt know what they were doing. Stood in the line for 30 min due to a lack of planning from management side. Arrived at the counter gave my booking ref number and purchased 3D glasses could not get a clip on 3D glasses for my brother cos nothing was in stock. How inconvenient that you do not cater for all patrons. Stood in another line for popcorn 25 min, Movie started at 9h15 walked into the dark cinema with no assistance - where were the guys with the flash lights. The level of services is dismal. If you aim to bring in the crowds have some level of customer service. I was disappointed with the poor service levels and the lack of planning. This is not a kindergarten operation run by puppets. I as a customer demand to be serviced, and will not appreciate shoddy service. I already know your generic and rhetorical response to my complaint
