I made a call to Multichoce some time last year. To inquire about my magazine and my statements as i had not been receiving them since last year. I was then told that my address did not match the address on their system. Surprisingly I was receiving everything prior to that. We then changed the address. About 2 months later i called them again, because i wanted to find out why i was still not receiving my magazine. An till this day in 2013 i am still not receiving it. It is really annoying as i am paying for a service that i am not receiving.
