Very bad service from Just Letting Centurion

Our rent was never paid on time. During December 2012 the tenants were late with their payment again. They paid on 14 December 2012 and Just Letting confirmed that the paid over out part of the money. I started following-up and only when I contacted their HQ on 28 December 2012 the money was finaly transferred to our account. January 13 and the rent again was not paid. When I followed-up with Tshwane I was informed that the second tenants did not register the water and electricity bill in their name and that it was still in the first tenants name and that neither the first nor second tenants bothered to pay the bill. The bill was by that stage R41 500.00. Brian Van Wijk acted as if he was not aware of the fact that the bill was never paid and he also informed me that the bill is now, as owners of the house, our responsibility. We were never informed that ultimately it will become our responsibility should the tenants not pay. The bill accumulated to R41 500.00. Our property was left in a devastating condition with damages amounting to thousands of rands not to mention the rent money we lost because of breach of contract. So much more I need to say but not enough space.
