RBA: BAD service to residents of ERF 2094 Terenure

2012 Feb I moved in a new RBA house (1 of 22 in the area) and I'm experiencing these problems: - I am left with a huge whole in my backyard which i had to popped out money from my pocket to fill it up by rubble and filling soil. RBA also filled the whole but only around 10% of what was needed. The geyser valve has been malfunctioning for 4 months and i lost a lot of litres for two months. RBA's response to this was "the one year warranty is over"! Most manufactures have a 5 year warrantee on their geysers! RBA's one is 1 year! The complaint was made before the year ended! The front door was damaged and replaced by RBA and with only one layer of paint! I share the same 4 m? driveway with 3 other houses and only one car can come out at once! Why this horrible design for human beings? The paving bricks on the driveway sank in!! There is water coming out of 3 houses and the 2 streets we have are always wet! Storm drains are not in their rightful location for flood prevention. RBA built a 2 meter security wall that anyone can jump and our valuables which at the moment we have more than 10 instances of. Toilets leak. street lights on 24/7. No refuse collect yet we are paying.
