Totally inept service from the start. Their initial account statements were a mess.
They did not pay rent over for first two months, eventually I got some payment and then the delays started again each month. Eventually I had enough and made sure no more tenant payments made their way into the agency bank account.
I did not do due diligence before hand, they are not registered with the Estate Agents Board, they do not segregate client funds or tenants deposits. They have had to turn to bank rolling new clients to fill the hole from those that have cancelled arrangements. Not a sophisticated, at all just pure...

I have contacted several people on the site already and criminal proceedings are under way on a collective effort basis, hopefully the rort will stop soon...
