I used Plovers Realty to find a tenant and to manage my property in Sunninghill. The agent found a tenant but provide no "management services" to the tenant or to the land lord. The agent failed to discuss and communicated associated costs and refused to reason with the landlord. The agents behaviour towards the landlord was horrible. The agent was very rude to the landlord. Land Lord went to the agents shop to finalise the financial matters but the agent refused to reason and did not provide an adequate answers. Certain costs were dedcuted without giving sufficient reasons or receipts. Agent failed to provide second set of keys to the tenant as they forgot and the tenant had to make extra keys and remote which the agent refused to compensate. The exact word from the agent was "its not my problem".
