This is supposed to be a property agent and although I ended up with a half decent tenant, how can you put someone in as a tenant without doing an inventory. Any disputes after are then impossible. During the tenants stay to avoid having to do anything they would tell him that services were not available even though they were being paid for ie WIFI. NO inspections ever carried out, no management even though fees were taken and on TWO occasions a rent reduction was offered to the tenant as I was aware that his partner was re trenched but this was not forwarded to the tenant. This would have affected their fees of course.
This shabby individual Gerry Howes spend too much time NOT doing her business and has had a continuous turnover of staff as they are left to manage the trail of disaster that she leaves behind. I even had to chase them to get the tenant his deposit back, which took almost 3 weeks.
