I terminated my lease agreement before the end of the lease, and i understand the financial ramifications thereof.
I was advised that a new tenant had been found, however the tenant had not made the required payment. I asked Joseph the agent to keep me posted, to let me know whether the tenant had paid or not so that I could make the necessary provisions had the tenant not paid.
I just need to express my disappointment at the way Joseph Leboho handled this whole thing, he has not given me the updates as requested and when I eventually contacted him to find out what was happening and why he had not kept his word, he said I should just move on and not even expect him to say he is sorry.
That for me is very unprofessional and somewhat disrespectful. I am appalled that an agent would give such a response. Perhaps he does not take his job seriously and that is reflecting badly on the agency as he represents Just Letting.
