As a landlord, I am having unbelievable issues and problems with the service I PAID FOR.
The current tenants are moving out tomorrow (as they suddenly can't afford the rent any more!) and they will hand over our house keys at 11h00 am to my new tenants. I have been trying all day long to find out what the procedure is with regards to the exit inspection and I'm also trying to found out what plan they have in place to get any unknown but possible damages to our property paid and covered, seeing that there is no damages deposit left. There is NO damages deposit left, because Just Letting used it help the tenant settling their outstanding utility bill! And they paid us what was left of the damages deposit, for the tenant's last month rent.
Both Gerhard Prinsloo and Bridgette is ignoring my e-mail correspondence. We stay in Zambia and I can't simply get in my car and drive to their branch in order to get answers. Although we have a meeting with Gerhard and Bridgette on Monday, I need to know TODAY what procedures they are following with regards to the exit inspection, seeing that my new tenants are getting the keys at 11h00 am tomorrow. Is it really too much asked?
