I recently expressed interest in property by VCR Property Developments namely Scarlett Park in Rooihuiskraal Centurion with the agent being Elsie Hayes. Upon initial enquiry through email the lady indicated that she will be showing on 2 March 2013. When I called that weekend she said she had indicated the wrong date as per her email and will only be showing the next weekend on Saturday 9 march between 11 am and 2 pm and Sunday between 2 pm and 5 pm. The next weekend when I wanted to view she said there is no one available therefore I cannot view. I emailed her during the week and again she indicated her weekend show times via email. When I had arrived on Saturday 06 April 2013 at 1 pm she was not there upon enquiry she said she left early as it was quiet. Upon sending an email expressing my dissatisfaction at the run around she gives to potential buyers she said with an ATTITUDE that she only shows every SECOND weekend and doesn't need to explain herself to me something she failed to communicate in all emails previously sent. How does she expect potential buys to buy? Could this perhaps be because I am a black lady? This is a serious concern forgetting that she put her details up.
