Appalling Attitude

I paid a fortune on having the Exclusive VIP package with National Letting Centurion to handle my property on my behalf. This package includes that they ensure your rent is in your account on the first day of the month. I had two late payments in the beginning of the agreement.
My tenants also had an agreement with them to pay their rent on the first Friday of the Month, which N.L. accepted. But every month my tenants were threatened if their rent wasn't in by the first.
I cancelled the contract with N.L. and now they are keeping my tenants deposit calling it "The deposit will be held in lieu of rent not received".
I understand they don't want the owners to take over their tenants personally, but no person in their right mind would want to deal with such an unprofessional company.
I am disgusted with their attitude and service!
