It started when we booked holiday accomodation in Manaba at Greeff Holiday Rentals through the internet. We booked a house with swimming pool (sleep 10). We paid the deposit of R4000 and then when we phoned, they informed us that the house was no longer available, but they will make sure we get a better place to stay. They got us a place in Palm Beach. On the internet the house was advertised with 5 bedrooms, but there are only 4 bedrooms! When we arrived at the house it was raining, and the one bedroom's roof was leaking. We realised that too late, and all my belongings were wet! We informed Greeff Estates, but they didn't do anything. I slept on the floor for 10 nights!!! The forth day the rain got worse, and one of the patio's stairs also broke. I phoned Mike and he promised to come out because one of the kids was injured. He didn't even phone again and just send a guy to fix the stairs!!! The place is full of fleas and it's really the worst holiday ever!!! And Dormehl Properties Greeff Holiday Rentals couldn't care less because we already paid in full!!
