For the 2012 December holiday we booked into a property that Vanessa was responsible for, Impi`s Nest in Munster / Glenmore Beach Kwazulu Natal. The keys were collected at the place she said they would be, but that`s the ONLY thing she did right the whole time! We arrived at the property to find the front of the yard covered in around 5 bags of rubbish that were ripped open and strewn around. Inside the WHOLE house was filthy. Everything was dirty!!! The stench was overpowering, and we found this was caused partly by two decaying Rat corpses we soon discovered when cleaning. Vanessa was called, she said she`d get the rubbish sorted out and that the house was clean after she left it before our arrival. She said she cleaned it herself which is even more disturbing... We also had issues with house alarm and the keys that went missing for half a day. Contacted her yet again, she didn`t have any spare keys nor did she have the codes to silence the alarm. My wife went to see her at her office after all this, she just shrugged her shoulders and offered no help nor apologies. As for the rubbish, it was collected on the LAST day of our 2 week stay there!!! Wave Crest is a disgrace!!!
