Susan Chapman was recommended to me as I needed to sell my house in Blue Horizon Bay urgently. The sales stats for Blue Horizon Bay didn''t look good as the village is situated 30 km out of town. Susan really rose to the occasion and arranged for a virtual tour with my house. I first contacted her in November 2012. Yesterday I received notice that my house was registered in the new owners name. I can honestly say that of all the agents that I phoned, Susan was the only person who was positive and was looking forward to the challenge and pulled it of in a record time.
