I have sent numerous request, telephonically and via email for a final and updated statement, for the letting of a property in Barberton. This property has been on Realty1 Barberton's books for over 3 years. The problems I have experienced, just to name a few:
No response to queries - Deposit used in lieu of rent - Subletting allowed - Property damages not repaired - Eskom account in arrears - Lawyers have not made work of tracing 2 x tenants that have absconded with monies outstanding and damages to the property.
