After renting a house from Heugene Real Estate and paying all the deposits and fees to them. I am now battling to get my deposit refund out of Heuegene Real Estate.
We have moved out of the house on the 8th of February 2013 and all the final acoounts have been drafted and approved by both parties. It is now a month and twenty days since we moved out of that house and Heugene just comes up with excuses and stories for not refunding us. Even after numerous sms's and hundreds of phone calls he just refuses to pay back our money.
My personal opinion is that the money he gets in for deposits on properties get spent and when time comes to refund customers the funds arent always available.
Should money put down as a refundable deposit on something not be kept aside for that day the refund has to be paid back to the customer?
I will not recomend anyone to do business with Heugene Real Estate!
