My daughter just signed for her house and went to FNB Horizon to open an account and to deposit a cheque.
At enquiries they told her to go to Personal Services. She sat there for a hour and 15 min. In that time 2 customers have been helped, only 2. When it was her turn guess what... the person behind her counter told her to please re-take her seat because she is going on lunch.
I will follow this up with the regional manager and I do believe no person should be treated as if of no importance
