Used BBQ Grill And not working

I have bought a electric BBQ Grill From checkers the village@horizon yesterday afternoon.
When i opened it last night at home it was not in its plastic and it wasn't a new unit it was used and it didn't even work. So i will return it to your shop today. It is so disgusting to see you bought a used/broken item from chekers

What happened to quality?
