I have never come across such bad service in my life. I literally had to beg this person (Deolene) to respond to my emails regarding an apartment I really wanted to rent from Move In property.
I had to phone non stop all day before anyone answered to ask whether she had received my email, and when I can view the property, and to please assist me in viewing the apartment.
This has been going on for almost a week now of receiving bad attitude and dealing with a person who obviously doesnt want to work, or be helpful or friendly in any way. I am tired of being polite and doing all of the work for her. Even though I really wanted this apartment, I cannot deal with Deolene or Move In Property anymore. And I advise anyone who considers to make use of them in the future to think twice. The poor people who are trusting them to rent their properties.
