Interest charged on an account in credit

Propell actually managed to send me an invoice in time this month. Well Done!

Unfortunately they charged me interest on an account that is in credit. After pointing this out, they appologised, removed the interest and sent me a new invoice. So far so good...
I could not believe my eyes when I found a new position: Email reminder dated 19th December. This position was not on the Email send on Monday 21.01.13 where Propell charged interest.

So now I am arrears, by the end of the month the Email reminder grows with 35% interest. End of March they will charge estimated interest and then forward it to PST Collections. From then on the debt will grow substaintially - PST puts another R380 on my account and before you know it; I am back to square one!

I have just painstakeingly cleared my account from the previous round. What can I do to end this tireless money making system? I have now sent Propell an invoice for all the emails I have had to write for them to get their book keeping sorted out. If they dont pay, I will forward the invoice to an Inkasso.

I refuse to pay Email reminders that I never received on an account that is in credit!
