As an owner of a unit at Lavender Grove complex, I'm really not happy with the service of Sectional Trust as the complex's managing agent. Time and time again, I need to query our monthly bill. There are constant amendments required in the form of reversals as a result of incorrect application of communicated levy increases etc This month, thousands was added as a once off special levy fee on our statement, When I ask what this money is for, no one can provide answers. Ridiculous!! The poor communication, lack of feedback and in most cases no feedback can only lead one to believe that we are getting ripped off. Sectional Trust up to no good!!!
