CSI rentals. We rented a property throug CSI retals. An initial inspection of the property was done with out being present and my brother inlaw signed it off. Then representive of CSI rentals by the name of George came to the residance 3 times to inspect it and made a list of everything that needed to be fixed because we were not present with the initial inspection . 1 Month later someone came and fix it and only a few stuff. We made a list on the jobcard of that was not fixed on the list. We later on emailed Bianca at CSI rentals and told her that George is not doing anything on the list and that we dont get any reposnse from him as he is the representitive of CSI retals. Now 5 months later they want to fix everything that was on the list that the representive (GEORGE) made with a part of the deposit. They say they know anything about a list - George left them - not my problem. CSI rentals is not looking into the matter and have a answer for everything. They also charge us for Damping on the walls and wil not supply us with a building inspection report that states it was not coursed by a broken latent in the wall. Isnt painting the walls as well normal wear and tear?!!
