I was in need of an apartment urgently and found a well suited one on-line. i then contacted the number provided and got hold of Urban Current, at this time i had enquired about the property and was advised that it is still on the market. i was told i need to pay a membership fee of R375.00 and i will be able to view the property as well as receive a list of other properties available in the area.a list was sent to me to assure me that they had over 20 apartments within my specifications on the market at that point in time.i had then paid the membership fee to receive the full list, when i received my first list all of the contact information was expired and outdated, i had contact details for people who had advertised over 2 years ago, i then contacted the suppliers and advised them of the response i received. this matter was then blamed on a system error and it would be fixed by the stock lady the next day. a new list was provided however the property i wanted was not on that list and i was given JUST TWO APARTMENTS. i contacted the Urban current an requested a refund as i had to move in with a Friend and failed to get and apartment in time. 2MONTHS LATER & STILL NO RESPONSE
