Non refund of deposit-over 30 days' notice

I was renting a property through Only Rentals, the property has been sold to another owner who is not using Only Rentals services. The new owner and I had agreed that I will not be paying a deposit, and that I must request it from Only Rentals, as my contract allowed. I had sent an email requesting the deposit held by your office in Krugersdorp (former West Rand), on the 1st of August. My email was duely acknowledged by Luzaan. I subsequently sent an email on the 3rd Sept requesting an update from Luzaan, my email was blatantly ignored. Upon deciding to send an email to your HQ, she started responding where she claimed not to have seen my initial request for deposit refund. She later mentioned that I now need a letter from the new owner that I am indeed entitled to my deposit!! -which clause I did not see in my contract. I gave her the new owner's contact details on the 5th Sept. I requested an update again on the 6th, and I received no response whatsoever from the info@onlyrentals email, nor from Luzaan De Fortier. If this is the kind of service metted out to customers, then I will make it a mission to inform people how Only Rentals operates.
