Hi Hello Peter

I was the other day surprised by finding a judgement against me under the door by propell without any prior notification of my outstanding debt. They did not notify me via email that there was an outstanding debt or via telephone. If they did try call and I could not answer due to not being close to my phone or busy due to whatever reason, no message was left stating to contact them due the this regard.
There was one occasions years ago that I defaulted due to late payments of funds and a lady contacted me via email stating the account was overdue and it was rectified which is what they should of done.

Since receiving the judgement I have transferred extra cash into the account and will pay it off as soon as possible. If they had notified me earlier via email or by phone this issue could of been avoided.
Now I have to pay there lawyer fees and interest that they have added on.

What should be the proper practise of notification of outstanding debt and trying to come to a resolution before taking action.
