Standard Bank cannot resolve my problem

My wife and I had to go under debt councelling about three years ago. Since the beginning Standard Bank did not recognise our debt councelling even though we obviously did it through the right channels, they even tried to repossess our house at one point. Now I'm trying to pay off my debt of R80 000 (which should not have been because we were under debt councellling) with Standard Bank to get off debt councelling. The bank has also been charging us interest on the outstanding amount for the past year since our court order/judgement came through (making our debt review legal). Now Myself and our debt councellor have been trying for more than a month to get an answer from Standard Bank regarding writing back the interest they should not have charged us. Every time we call they tell us it is not resolved yet, and it will take between 5 and 8 days to resolve. This has been their answer for the past 4 weeks! How much longer will I have to phone, email and fight?
