I once used Rental Giant's services, to this day I deeply regret ever using them.
I first reported this to WASPA in October 2011

SMS MESSAGE: Need a tenant? Let TheRentalGiant help u. Sms yes to this no we will call u.
WASPA said they cannot help. I've reported this to Vodacom - still not resolved.
The messages come at random intervals. Sometimes I will reveive a message twice a month. Sometimes not a message for 6 months.
I've called and asked Rental Giant staff on MANY occasions to remove me from their SMS list.
I've responded "YES" to the SMS, even had a call back and had a massive arguement with the caller.
In all scenarios, I am told I will be removed.
I still receive SMS's.
Please help with this annoyance
