This agency advertises on Gumtree flats in Stellenbosch (poor students!) in a way that already leaves the consumer vulnerable, since the consumer has to give his/her contact no's and mail addresses. No contact details of the agengy are displayed.
When Jennifer Fullard responded she was quite impatient and very adamant that we have to be on time for viewing. The number she gave to contact on arrival was incorrect. We did view the flat and within 5 hours SMSed and e-mailed the agency that we would like to rent the unit and enquired about the process going forward. No reply was received until I phoned this agency (Jennifer Fullard).
Jennifer told me that that she knows why I am phoning but they have received 4 applications and I have to wait for the outcome of these applications. Why did she not let me know?
Why did this agency let us view the unit when they had applications and why did they not respond to our intention to proceed - simple - Jennifer just has a bad attitude.
Jennifer this attitude will let you go hunger - sooner than later.
I will make sure that we do not deal with you again or Helderberg Letting and I will spread the word.
