The Landlord, Rose Deubler Estate Agency, neglected to send me the electricity accounts for two months and my electricity was about to get cut off. They are not taking any responsibility for this and their lack of care and professionalism is criminal! They told me that it is my responsibility to ensure my account is paid regularly. We have been renting the flat for 6 months and the Landlord Rose Deubler seems to be ignoring my emails to have the snags attended to. The verbal, emotional and email abuse is becoming very tiresome. The lack of care for the security of the tenants is not their priority, as I get told how much all these things cost! Outside lights are not repaired when they break or die out. The municipality dust bins have not been disinfected since I moved in and my repeated requests are ignored. The sarcastic replies to my reasonable requests to improve the living standards of the block of flats, is also ignored. I am a single mother with two teenage daughters, and the safety of my daughters is very important. There is wood-borer in all the flats and nothing has been done about that either, They seem to only care about getting their rent money in on time!
