I rented a room from Hat properties. I moved out end of November 2012 and was assured I would get my deposit end of December 2012. When I received nothing after the 2nd January 2013 I sent an email to the person who ensured me. She (Eunita Scheepers) denied everything and said I must contact the accounts department. I have sent three emails to the accounts department and have not gotten any reply.
