No response after promise - worst service eve

I sent the same request twice to the accounts department and only received a response saying that i will receive another response within 48 hours. its been 96 hours. i hope the accounts department can count to 48. every month they calculate the interest correctly but cannot count to 48? my email address is [Email Removed]
i received two emails from [Email Removed]
i would like the Managing Director of Edcon to call me.
