Have been using Webonline for my website hosting I gave them notice on email at the beginning of December 2013 as I would be using another service provider.
They are not wanting to assist me after numerous emails as they are saying I must pay for January 2014 then they will release my account. I had given them the necessary 30 days notice as services are paid in advance and obviously I am not going to pay for (January 2014) service that I will not be using or they would be hosting. There accounts department are only available on email as I have tried phoning and only get through to support consultant who also informed me that there is no telephone number for accounts. I asked to speak to someone senior and also asked for a directors number and if they cannot give it to me or to please get them to phone me. My correspondence via email with accounts department has been with a George McIntosh, who I have also asked to contact me and no luck as yet. I have been told they only correspond via email. They have been threatening me with ITC if I do not pay and also sent me email that the CPA does not apply to them. Webonline will not even take note of this. I have reported to NCR&NCC&IPSA
