Hi I have rented a property from CLE Properties in Kemptonpark. The person that I rented from was Eon.
I paid only R2500 deposit as we agreed that I will pay it off. This as the house that I rented was in a bad shape.
On many occasions I was promised that the problems will be fixed, but it never happened.
I gave notice on the 1st of November 2012 and told him that I will move out month end.
He called me and asked if I will not change my mind, I told him if they fix the house I will. That did not happen, the house was damp all the time and I had medical issues as a result of this.
Up to today I have not received my deposit back. I have send mails and I called called but no response.
I also called the principal off the company Naomi, but still nothing.
What must I do for him to give back my deposit?

I still get invoices every month although i moved out in November already.
