Grandcentral Appartments next to Mcdonalds in Midrand management have taken my whole deposit to renovate their flat.when i moved in the flat was not painted the claim the paint was still new, now that i have moved out the planning to take my whole deposit to paint the flat that has cracks on the walls... this cracks are caused by their cheap materials that they used to build. I was staying at 3114.i also have emails as proof that were sent to their maintenance team to attend to my maintenance requests while i was staying there. I am taking them to court R3600.00 is a lot of money.
