My husband and I have been renting for the past few years from different estate agencies. Since last year June we've been renting from Tyger Estate Agency, our agent Stella Calverley.
Before renting from Tyger Estate Agency, We've rented from 5 different estate agencies in the past 5 years, and i have absolutely nothing but complaints about these agencies.
Tonight I witnessed again how fast Stella works to sort out a problem, where with other agencies, if we had a complaint, you could firstly never get hold of the agent, and secondly, always just heard excuses and were always unsure if the agent took up the problem with the owner.
Compared to the other agencies, Tyger Estate Agency is by FAR the best agency that we've rented from!!
Not only is our agent all about helping out the client, but the staff is also so helpful and always understanding and listening when phoning with some complaint or problem.
I would recommend Tyger Estate Agency to anyone wanting to rent in the Northern suburbs (not totally sure in what areas they work)
