CIS estate agency are the most rude and unprofessional estate agents that I have met in my life. They never come back to you when you have a query, they don't answer there emails or messages left. When they want you to do something they expect that it is done immediately but when you need something and you have a problem with the property you are renting then they have all the time in the world. They are all very rude and unfriendly and unprofessional. I would never ever rent or buy any property from them ever again.
