Lee Ann Calmeyer Fullard of Cherry Glaze Holiday Accommodation operates as a holiday home care agency / rental agent, but also describes herself as a personal, online travel agent. We made use of her services in Dec 2012 - Jan 2013. These are our complaints against Lee Ann / Cherry Glaze Holiday Accommodation:
1. Not advising us when clients stayed longer than we were paid for.
2. Not paying the difference between the original booking & the extended booking.
3. Taking 57% commission, instead of the originally agreed 20% commission.
4. Falsely declaring that she supplied a client with pre-paid electricity.
5. Extorting an additional R300/day from a client before she would hand over the keys.
6. No final property inspection.
7. Not paying for damages or losses out of the security deposits.
8. Unsigned & invalid tenant contracts.
9. Operating without a Fidelity Fund Certificate.
10. Advertising our property on her website despite requests to remove it.
