Dear Paul,
This is to bring to your attention the complete dissatisfaction we experienced @ Paul's guesthouse. The pictures that were available on the website and what was actually experienced left much to be desired. Please see pictures attached and below a brief description of the quality & level of service:
1. The bathroom was not cleaned. There was evidence of dust & dirt in the tub and on the window sill.
2. The kitchen and bedroom had evidence of cockroach activity.
3. The walls were damp & had a damp smell associated with it.
4. The air conditioner did not work & the fan looked as if it would fall down at any given time.
5. The kitchen and bedroom was not cleaned on Saturday.
6. We came back to the room on Saturday evening expecting a clean room and fresh towels. We were given neither.
7. The toilet paper in the bathroom was finished and was not replaced! Had to resort to using tissues from my hand bag!
8. One of the lights did not work that was facing the dressing table...
9. No bed side light available
I had to take back dirty dishes with me to wash @ my mums place, & I was fortunate to have carried towels which my husband & I could have used.
