Contacted Anna Swanepoel of Pam Golding on Sunday. She dismissed me and said we must come Monday 11 Nov about the house. I took a chance and went to Pam Golding the next day and she was there AND available, because she took the time to take me and sit down with me... until she heard who i was and jumped up and was in a terrible hurry and that apparently someone else was interested in the house as well. It was obvious that this woman was trying her damnedest to avoid me and not do business with me even though we were ready to sign any contract right than, so my temper took hold and i told her she can forget about Monday. Today i heard that a totally different person called her and got the house. The friend that i would have shared the house with is already a customer at Pam Golding. Pam Golding send her a letter that they will help her look for another home as her rent was going up with R2000. Here we were doing their job for them getting a home and they just turned their backs on us. What kind of service is this. If we were treated with better respect no one would have lost their temper. If i treated a customer like that i would have never had a job.
